About us
All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments. Our mission at Lindus Health is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 80 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, earning over $5m in revenue.
We raised a $6m seed round from some great investors including Firstminute, Peter Thiel and Seedcamp to power the next stage of our growth.
We’re looking for a Solutions manager to help design, deliver and win new clinical trials. You’ll work as part of the business development team to understand client requirements, and design creative solutions on our platform.
About you
Our wish-list for this role looks something like this:
- 2+ years experience working in a consulting or similar client-facing role
- An interest in how technology can be used to reimagine the way clinical trials are conducted
- Fast learner and comfortable in an ever-changing startup environment!
- Some understanding or direct experience of how clinical trials work, ideally in either a solutions or clinical operations role
You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above, we want you to apply.
What you will do
Working with customers on proposals is one of the most interesting things we do. It requires getting to the heart of the problem a customer is trying to solve, identifying solutions and presenting this in a compelling way.
- As our first Solutions and Proposals Manager hire, you will be responsible for joining early stage customer calls to build relationships with potential customers and problem solving with them to help design a high level solution
- Understand a customer’s problems and clinical trial protocol, and propose creative solutions (strategies), illustrating how our platform can help solve their problems
- You will be responsible for presenting these solutions in proposals to customers with our business development team, to help win new customers
- You will play a key role in shaping Lindus Health’s commercial and product strategy, feeding back insights gleaned from speaking to potential customers
- Longer term, the role could evolve to encompass more of a traditional business development role, or a solutions architect role, depending on your preference.
What we offer
- Have an impact across all areas of our business and fix one of the world’s most broken industries
- Competitive salary, variable compensation, plus generous stock options
- Unlimited holidays; everyone is encouraged to take off at least 28 days each year
- Flexible office arrangement; open to remote role
- Regular team events; recently we've been to Legoland, a Bake Off competition, and a Millwall FC home game (decided by popular vote)
- Up to £1,000 per year towards courses and development
- A new laptop as your main workstation and up to £500 towards setting up your home office
- Employee benefits program including free Netflix and Spotify
- UK visa sponsorship if you’re not already eligible to work in the UK
Our interview process

- Second conversation with one of the Lindus Health leadership team (30 minutes)
- Technical interview with members of the leadership team (45 minutes)
- Culture and values interview with 2 founding team members (45 minutes)
