Lindus Health was born out of our cofounders’ firsthand experience with the clunky, backward industry standard for clinical trials.

"Working in clinical operations at Lindus means constantly adapting, and no two trials are the same, which is what makes the work interesting. We approach every study lean, solving problems in real time to make the participant journey as smooth as possible. That might mean rethinking how someone onboards onto a digital platform, finding a smarter way to coordinate across clinical, data, medical and product teams, or working closely on how a study database is built from the ground up. What keeps me motivated is the feedback loop: hearing from participants that the experience felt manageable and well-supported, and knowing the work is contributing to meaningful outcomes in areas that haven't always had strong clinical evidence behind them. In a space that's always evolving, there's satisfaction in knowing our approach evolves with it."
